Is your product Eco-friendly?

Our products are made with renewable energy resources. Wax used by us is biodegradable renewable resource. Our products are eco-friendly, vegan frienly and cruelty-free, so feel free to shop with us :)

Can I modify or cancel my order after placing it?

We process orders quickly, but if you need to make changes or cancel, please do so as soon as possible, If the order is not shipped your refund will be processed same day, If the order has been shipped contact us at Support@Scentimenti.com and refuse the delivery.

What if my package is lost or damaged?

If package is lost or arrives damaged, please email us at Support@Scentimenti.com as soon as possible with your order details and photos (for damages), and we'll help resolve the issue.

Do you accept returns?

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unused or in same condition as arrived and in their original packaging.
